Music Haven

Music Haven empowers and connects young people through exceptional tuition-free music education, mentoring, and performance by resident musicians in the heart of New Haven, giving all kids a chance to play. It is the only program in Connecticut­­ ­­that provides 100% free one-­on-­one lessons by professional, conservatory-trained musicians to low-income youth and provides instruments to all students.

Music Haven prides itself on fostering long term relationships with students of all abilities, cultures, and backgrounds. The organization offers multiple forms of support for our students through high school and beyond.
